AlarmOne is contracted through my home security company for service. I specifically asked for Dax, the service tech, because he has worked on my system a few times before over the years. I have had someone else sent for service by the alarm company before unfortunately, so this time I made sure that Dax from AlarmOne was available. He is very knowledgeable about my system and has always been able to efficiently repair or replace any needed parts. He calls and communicates with me and with the friend who was watching our house while we were out of town. He removed a lot of worries that I had experienced before with other service providers that were horrible.
This gentleman is the only person that I will have service my alarm-even if I have to wait until he’s available, which is never the case.
I really can’t say enough positive points about his work ethic or responsibility.
